REMOTE DOCUMENT STORAGE AND ACCESS
We can provide specialist solutions to allow read only access to documents for customers and suppliers alike. This maybe so that project documentation can be viewed and shared or so customers can access downloads of various product sheets. This is done via a separate small in house webserver which talks to your firewall to authenticate each request for access. Files can be updated, changed and added internally as this sits on your internal network. You can have sheets that are readily accessible to everyone as well as individual logons to enable access to specific files or folders. First Corporate use such a system to allow customers to view and access their invoices and worksheets online.

As you will see this allows you to open, view and download files as well as provide links or emails linking to files stored on the document server.
